Cross Training Classes

What is Cross Training?
Cross Training workouts are a class setting, each class has a structured warm up, a strength or a skill session, followed by a WOD (workout of the day). The programming for cross training changes every day. No need to think up or worry about what you are going to do when you get to the gym, it’s already planned out for you. You just need to show up an do the work!

D-Block

Our 24/7 fitness training studio. Upon joining you get keyless access (through an app on your smart phone) to D-Block. You can come and use this area of the ROC 24/7, day or night. Need a little more cardio, come in after hours and jump on a piece of our cardio equipment. Want to get another pump session we have dumbbells from 5-115lbs as well as a smith machine and cable crossover machine. Everything you need to get the body you deserve. .

Personal Training

Need a little help losing that last 5-10 lbs, trying to pack on some extra muscle, having trouble learning all the proper movements or maybe you just need the push and motivation. Well we can help! Our highly skilled and certified trainers can help you achieve and reach the goals you desire.
